Build or Join a Team - Put together a group of your co-workers, friends, family, etc and form a Stride & Ride Team. An MDA staff member will coach you and help you in your efforts to be a success.
Raise Funds - Set a goal for your team and ask everyone to help. MDA has tools for you (sample letters, online fundraising, posters, etc.).
